Non-Refundable Once purchased, Season Tickets are non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully check your availability before securing your tickets, ensuring you can join us for each event and fully immerse yourself in the musical experience.
Tickets Management After your purchase, managing your Season Tickets, including their use and safekeeping, becomes your responsibility. However, we understand that sometimes plans can change unexpectedly. If you find you are unable to attend a concert:
- Pass it on: Feel free to give your ticket to a friend or colleague.
- Donate it: You can donate your ticket back to us, and we will happily offer it for free at the door. Please note, donated tickets cannot be resold, but they can provide another music lover with the opportunity to experience a performance.
- Exchange it: If you wish to exchange your ticket for another performance within the same run, just reach out to us, and we’ll make it happen!
