What an incredible community we have.
Thanks to the generosity, enthusiasm, and determination of our participants, donors, volunteers, and supporters, Elektra’s 2026 Annual Fundraising Challenge raised $14,450 – far exceeding our goal of $11,000.
Over the course of the campaign, participants challenged themselves in countless ways – walking, running, swimming, rowing, hiking, trail running, climbing mountains, and more – all in support of Elektra’s mission to inspire audiences, mentor young singers, and champion Canadian choral music.
To everyone who donated, volunteered, shared a post, cheered someone on, or took on a challenge themselves: thank you. Every act of support helped make this campaign a remarkable success, and we’re deeply grateful to everyone who was part of it.
While this year’s Challenge has come to a close, the work it supports continues throughout the year. Ongoing donations help Elektra create extraordinary musical experiences, commission new Canadian works, nurture emerging singers, and ensure that choral music continues to thrive in our community.
