We’re excited to announce the participants in Elektra’s annual workshop for young singers: members of the BC Girls Choir and their new Zephyra Women’s Choir with director Fiona Blackburn, the Eric Hamber Secondary Women’s Choir with director Les Nerling, the Killarney Intermediate Girls Choir with director Lisa Reimer, Roots ‘N’ Wings Women’s Choir with director Dawn Pemberton and the UBC Women’s Choir with director Nathan Cook. It’s a full house and a new, evening format!
The public is warmly welcomed to observe our work and the performances by Elektra and these fine choirs as each participant shares the music and learns more about being a leader in her own choir. Join us Monday, January 25 any time between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm.
